Washes fade, whiskers develop — these are natural things that happen in the evolution of good denim.
However, we know accidents happen. In the case of unexpected damage (a rip or a snag), wash your jeans, box them up, and ship them back to us. We’ll give them a little TLC — stitch, darn, patch — whatever it takes to fix them up, and send them back your way. If they’re damaged past the point of repair? We’ll replace them, free of charge (at our discretion).

Box up your (clean!) jeans and send us an email hello@viavia.live. We’ll shoot you over a packing label for you to be on your way.

Patience is a virtue. Our repairs are done by hand, so it’ll take up to 60 days to get your jeans back in your hands again. We’ll stitch and patch and get them back in shape and shipped back to you. They won’t be identical to a brand new pair, but the stitches, darns, and patches will add a little well-loved character.

- Send an email to hello@viavia.live with your order number and a photo of the denim damages you would like repaired. We only offer repairs on VIAVIA-branded denim, so please also include a photo of the VIAVIA-logoed shank button. Denim from third party brands is not eligible at this time.
- When we receive your claim, our customer experience team will make an assessment. If approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to send your VIAVIA denim back to us. Please note we currently only cover repairs being shipped to and from within the United States.
- We partner with an expert denim repair team to bring your denim back to life using similar fabrics and hardware, with the integrity of the garment as our top priority. In cases where we do not have the original materials available, we will do our best to find the closest match, but please note that your denim may have visible repairs, such as stitches and patches.
